The Lincolnshire Show Schools’ Challenge
In June 2026, the Eco Warriors took part in the Lincolnshire Agricultural Challenge for the first time. The Eco Warriors completed a challenge which included creating a bee garden and encouraged the local community to get involved. The children loved planting and caring for flowers grown from seeds and learning how gardens can support bees and other wildlife. This also sparked lots of curiosity and excitement across the school, many pupils contributed decorations and creative ideas for our challenge entry- which helped our display to look amazing!
The children loved every second of presenting their garden and display at the Lincolnshire Show – we even got to show JLS’ JB Gill our display!!
We were so excited to take part in the LAS Schools’ Challenge and proud to have been placed third in our category. We cannot wait to be part of this incredible event again next year, with our 26/27 Eco-Warriors!
